Over the week, frontiersnews ran into one of Nigeria finest rising Abuja based music artiste Noel Empraw in Abuja.
This handsome young act who is in his mid-twenties just dropped a new track currently tearing-up the airwaves with a wide acceptability, the single which he titles 'Teku Teku' is an afro-centric tune that cuts across almost all ages as good music.
Noel Empraw said he has been honing his music talent since he was a child, born and bred in Abuja, Noel Empraw joined a theatre group at age 12 where is learnt poetry, drama and stage act giving him an early exposure to art.
He however ventured into recording and performing his own tunes professionally in 2006 playing at different gig around Nigeria and other west African countries.
His first radio single 'this life' became a radio favourite in 2006 mostly in Abuja and environ, he has since then released other singles mainly online, even though his music is yet to make it into in the mainstream he has attracted fans from across the world already, he appeared on the 'Good Morning Africa Show' a breakfast television programme on Africa Magic channel last month that was beamed to over 45 countries.
With a few events lined up later in the year, the Young act is already working toward his debut album with production efforts from producers like Dekumzy and Samklef and Sholex Timbo.
Empraw has already recorded works with other A-list artistes, this is one act to look out for.
Noel Empraw describes his type of music as 'alternative' calling it a bridge between classic entertainment and social consciousness, it braces across other main stream genre like hip hop and afro-classical music.
Empraw believes that the Nigerian Entertainment industry is already showing signs of becoming the world's second largest earner and exporter of entertainment business after the US.
