Maku Condoles With Dama Over Mother's Passage

Nigeria's Information Minister, Mr. Labaran Maku has expressed his condolence to the family of Mr. Peter Dama, the Director of Press in the ministry over the death of his mother, Mrs. Anna Matkwaram Dama.

In a statement by Mr. Joseph Mutah, Mr.Maku said "the death of Mrs. Anna Matkwaram Dama at the age of 87 is a testimony that she lived a fulfilled life that impacted on her family, the community and the nation at large and urged the bereaved to take consolation in the fact that she lived a fruitful life."

"she died at a time when her rich counsel and wisdom was mostly needed to provide guidance and direction for the younger generation," the statement added.

He prayed that God would comfort the entire Dama family and grant them the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

Mrs Anna Matkwaram Swomen Dama is the mother of the Director State House Press Liaison of the Federal Ministry of Information, Mr. Peter Dama.
